| Abstract: | The industrial and commercial problem was an important one that arose in the land reform in southern Jiangsu. The solution to this problem not only affected the smooth going of the land reform, but was decisive to the development of the economy in southern Jiangsu. The policies made and executed to protect industry and commerce in southern Jiangsu not only went with the real local conditions, but boosted the social stability and continuous economic development. |
