| 摘 要： | 民意是政治的基础.民主革命时期共产党通过发展民主政治,畅通民意表达渠道、汇集民智,做到"问政于民、问需于民、问计于民",用民主制度保证人民成为国家和社会的主人,赢得了农民的信任、拥护、支持,拥有强大的民意资源,从而保障了革命的胜利.

| Abstract: | Public opinions are the foundation of politics.In the period of Democratic Revolution,the Communist Party "ask for policies from people,ask the need of people and ask for strategies from people" through developing democratic politics,smoothing the channels of expressing public opinions and pooling people's wisdom.The Communist Party ensure that people become masters of the state and the society,win peasants' trust and support,and possess powerful public resources,thus safeguarding the victory of revolution. |
