| Abstract: | Four main aspects of turning agricultural scientific and technological achievements into productive force in China are analyzed, and it is suggested that in the new century the approach to promote turning agricultural scientific and technological achievements into productive force is to establish and perfect its mechanisms including opening up agricultural scientific and technological research system, information transmission, profit driving and agricultural venture. |
