| 摘 要： | 运用2005—2010年城市统计数据,对长沙市低碳发展现状与特征进行系统分析和研究,结果表明：长沙市正处于工业化中后期阶段;长沙市能源消费增速虽有下降的趋势,但能源消费总量仍将随着经济的发展持续增长。基于研究结果,探讨两型社会背景下长沙市低碳转型的思路。

| Abstract: | In view of systematically analyses of the present situation of low-carbon development and characteristics of Changsha city with its statistical data from 2005 to 2010, the research shows that Changsha is still in mid-late industrializing stage, and its energy consumption growth has a declining trend but the total energy consumption will still increase with the development of economy growth. Based on above results, the thoughts of low-carbon transformation of Changsha city with the background of "two-oriented" society will be analyzed. |
