| 摘 要： | 证券市场效率和公平与上市公司信息披露的充分和公开有着密切关系。证券市场信息通道中的信息博弈包括证券市场信息搜寻中大小股东之间的博弈 ,信息传递中代理者与信息提供者串谋的信息博弈 ,证券交易中信息加工的博弈等。其中 ,信息传递中代理者与信息提供者的串谋行为将对证券市场的公平造成极大的损害。

| Abstract: | Adequate disclosure of listed companies' information is of vital importance to the efficiency and fairness of security market. In information transmitting, some game theories of information consist of game theory concerning information exploring and analyzing, among which the ganging up between agents and suppliers is harmful to the fairness of stock market. |
