| Abstract: | Insider control is a serious problem in non-profit organization in China. The key to solve this problem is to construct a standard and efficient governance structure. This article analyzes the main forms of expression of insider control, governance structure failure of non-profit organization and their causes. At the same time, the article probes into the problem about how to construct a reasonable governance structure to control "insider control". |
