| 摘 要： | 以胡锦涛同志为总书记的中央领导集体在深刻总结社会主义现代化建设规律的基础上,提出了“坚持以人为本,树立全面、协调、可持续的发展观,促进经济社会和人的全面进步”的科学发展观。科学发展观不仅给经济社会发展指明了方向,而且为新时期高校德育工作的创新提供了新的思路,给高校德育注入了新的内涵。

| Abstract: | After summarizing the laws of socialist modernization,the new central leadership group,which is leaded by the General Secretary-Comrade Hu Jintao,advances the Scientific Development Concept.It is to adhere human-oriented,and to set up the view of harmonious sustainable development in all-round way,and so,to promote the overall development of economic society and its people.Scientific Development Concept not only points out the way for social-economic development,but also provides a new clue for the moral education innovation of universities today and pours new message into moral education in universities. |
