历史方位与培育目标:中华民族共同体意识培育的基础与方向

新的历史方位对中华民族共同体建设提出新要求,培育中华民族共同体意识是中华民族共同体建设的重要组成部分,历史方位决定中华民族共同体意识的培育目标,培育目标回应时代挑战。历史方位与培育目标从两端框定了共同体意识的培育机制:首先,文化认同在中华民族共同体意识中居于核心地位,无论是在理论上还是在实际工作中文化都不能被过度符号化,否则最终只剩下没有血脉和生命力的“躯壳”,要继承历史,立足当下,承认差异,理性包容;其次,中华民族共同体意识的培育要在现代国家框架下稳步推进,促进中华民族内在构成机制的及时更新。用历史方位与培育目标时刻审视当下凝聚中华民族整体观念的努力,偏离历史方位与目标的共同体意识培育不仅会成为“无源之水、无本之木”,还会偏离正确方向。
