民族地区农村“空心化”问题及治理路径研究——基于广西平果市壮族村落布尧村的个案调查与思考

随着工业化、城市化的不断深入,作为后发展地区的民族地区农村人口不断转移到城市,农村发展的主体大量流失,导致了农村的“空心化”问题。农村“空心化”的具体表征主要有人口流失、文化消逝、村落凋零等。要治理农村“空心化”问题,一是要积极推进城乡融合,激发农村生气与活力;二是要强化村落保护与开发,建构农民生存发展的空间场域;三是激活乡愁,铸牢乡村的“根”与“魂”。

RESEARCH ON THE PROBLEM OF "HOLLOWING" OF RURAL AREAS IN ETHNIC MINORITY AREAS AND ITS GOVERNANCE PATH:Based on The Case Investigation And Reflection of Zhuang Ethnic Village Buyao in Pingguo City of Guangxi

With the continuous deepening of industrialization and urbanization,the rural popula?tion in the post-development ethnic areas is constantly moved to cities,and the main body of rural development has been lost,which has leads to the"hollowing"problem of the rural areas.The con?crete manifestations of the"hollowing"of rural areas mainly include population loss,culture disap?pearance and village wither.To tackle the"hollowing"problem in rural areas,one is to actively pro?mote the integration of urban and rural areas to stimulate the vitality of rural areas.The second is to strengthen the protection and development of villages and construct the spatial field for the sur?vival and development of farmers;the third is to activate homesickness and forge the"root"and"soul"of the village.
