榆林学院学生体质健康测试结果分析研究

根据教育部2002年颁发的《学生体质健康标准（试行方案）》精神、结合榆林学院实际情况,对反映学生体质健康的身高、体重、肺活量、握力、50m和800m（女）/1000m（男）跑等6项指标进行了测试,利用文献资料法,测量法以及数理统计等方法,对获得数据进行整理分析。结果显示,学生体质健康令人担忧,特别在力量素质与耐力素质方面很不乐观,高年级学生更应引起重视。

In 2002 issued ＂the Student Physique Healthy Standard according to the Ministry of Education（Implementation Plan） ＂ the spirit,unifies my courtyard actual situation,to reflected the student physique health the height /body weight,the vital capacity,grasped the strength,50 meter and 800 Mi（female） /1000 Mi（male） run and so on six targets to carry on the test,the use literature material law,methods and so on survey law as well as mathematical statistic,to obtained the data to carry on the reorganization analysis,finally demonstrated,my courtyard student physique health anxious,specially was not very optimistic in the strength quality and the endurance quality aspect,the higher grades student should bring to the attention.The composition this article goal lies in understood my courtyard student physique healthy aspect exists the merit and the shortcoming,for instruct my courtyard sports teaching and the extracurricular exercise provide certain basis.
