地方矿业的可持续发展问题

论述了地方矿业开发过程中所面临的可持续发展问题 ,即资源的可持续利用、地方矿业开发对区域可持续发展的影响及矿山本身的可持续发展。指出 ,地方经济腾飞后 ,应将支柱产业从资源开发转移到其他行业中去 ,为此 ,应实施限制性开发政策 ,建立资源耗减与补偿宏观调控机制 ,生态破坏与恢复调控机制。

The issues on the sustainable development of local mine industry

The issues on the sustainable development in the exploitation of local mine industry such as the sustainable exploitation of mineral resources,the effects of the exploitation of local mine industry to the local sustainable development and the sustainable development of local mines themselves are discussed in the paper.According to the author,the mainstay industry of local economy should be converted from exploitation of resources to other industries after the local economy developed depending upon exploitation of mines.For this reason,the policy of limited exploitation should be carried out and a macroscopic adjusting mechanism of drain and supplement of resources and one of destruction and recovery on ecology should be established.
