摘    要:步入信息化时代,以物联网、云计算、大数据为依托的智慧教育给教育变革带来了无限的生机,同时也给教师专业发展带来了挑战,主要表现在需要教师信息素养及技能、学习能力的进一步提升和培训体系的进一步完善等方面。面对"实然之困",展开教师专业发展的"应然之思",并从国家、社会以及教师自身等角度出发,提出教师专业发展的提升路径。

Abstract:In the information age, wisdom education through the Internet of things, Cloud computing and big data brings infinite vitality to the innovation of education. Meanwhile, it also brings challenges to the professional development of teachers in terms of information literacy, skills, learning abilities and training system. In the face of practical difficulties, the corresponding solution of teacher professional development should be carried out. Also, China should figure out the improvement path of teacher professional development from the perspective of the country, the society and teachers themselves.
