| 摘 要： | 重视和加强素质教育已经成为当前高等教育改革和发展的一个重要趋势。教育理念的转变必然要求教师进行角色的转换，教师要主动适应教育改革和发展的新形势，找准自己的位置。向学生灌输知识的“教书匠”，要尽快成为学生自主学习的“领航员”。
