建筑施工企业名牌评定中的信度和效度分析

摘    要:顾客评价是名牌评价中的重要方面,而科学合理的评价方法是评价的难点。针对如何设计调查表及调查表的设计是否可靠有效进行了分析,结果表明:经过信度和效度分析修正后的调查表具有较高的信度和效度,能较好地应用于建筑行业名牌评定中的顾客评价问题。

Abstract:Scientific evaluation of famous brand enterprise is a useful method to motivate competition, induce consumption and optimize resource. As an important aspect in Evaluation of famous brand enterprise, the way of consumer evaluation is the point of difficulty. How to design a questionnaire is put forward, and whether the questionnaire is reliable and available or not is also analyzed in the paper. The results show that the modified questionnaire has a good reliability and validity, and is applicable to the consumer evaluation of famous brand en- terprise well.
