| 摘 要： | 目前,如何促进大学生就业已成为世界各国共同关注的难题.特别是在国际金融危机的背景下,各国频频出台促进就业的政策措施,以应对高校毕业生的就业压力.日本近年来为应对大学生就业压力而实行了积极的就业促进政策,其政策变迁的背景、政策制定、政策执行和政策评估的具体做法对中国大学生就业促进政策的制定与执行具有一定的启示.
