| Abstract: | The development of the network takes a challenge to libraries, in the meantime it offers the completely new requirement to the librarians' quality. This paper mainly discusses that librarians should enhance learning step by step, and optimize the knowledge structure. Besides library information knowledge, it is also important to have modern information treatment technique, a wide range of knowledge, higher English level, skillful computer knowledge and network knowledge, a stronger ability of information choosing and integration and so on. |
