| 摘 要： | 《正义论》开创了当代政治哲学的研究范式。《正义论》作为政治哲学的范式具有三层意蕴：首先，它确定了当代政治哲学的问题域，即直面现代性难题，并提出解决方案；其次，它变革了传统政治哲学的理论基础，提出了新的方法论；最后，它厘定了政治哲学与道德学的界限，使政治哲学的独特作用得以彰显。

| Abstract: | A Theory of Justice ushers in the research paradigm of contemporary political philosophy. As a classical paradigm of political philosophy, A Theory of Justice has three meanings. First of all, it establishes the problem domain of contemporary political philosophy, namely, facing the modernity problem directly and delivering solutions. Secondly, it modifies the theoretical principles of traditional political philosophy and puts forward new methodology. Finally, it establishes the boundary between political philosophy and ethics, which underlines the unique function of political philosophy. |
