摘    要:回顾了古今中外教育家和谐教育理念,结合教学过程中存在的一般规律和内在逻辑,对《学记》中蕴含的和谐教育理念进行了系统梳理:教育目标的和谐是指引,教与学的和谐是根本,教学内容的和谐是载体,人际关系的和谐是媒介。

Abstract:Based on the review and summary of ancient and modem educator' s harmonious educational concept, combined With the general laws and inner logic existing in the teaching process, this paper cards the harmonious educational concept in "On learning" : the harmonious education goal is the guideline, the harmonious teaching and learning is the fundamentality, the harmonious teaching content is the carrier and the harmonious interpersonal relationship is the media.
