An investigation report of training object and trained model innormal university

Using questionnaire and symposium, this paper makes an investigation of the training object, current training model and existing problems in normal university, discusses the quality of middle school teachers and the major problems of the teaching faculty, and offers somethoughts and measures for constructing the training object and training model of normal university in the 21th century.
