| 摘 要： | 全面可持续发展是一种以生态可持续性发展为基础,以经济可持续性发展为主导,以社会可持续性发展为根本目的的有机协调的系统发展模式。要实现全面可持续发展这一目标模式,必须尽快完成由传统经济向知识经济发展的转变。发展知识经济与实现全面可持续发展,具有内在的一致性。发展知识经济,是促进经济、社会和生态的全面发展,实现我国全面可持续发展的主要路径;它不仅为我国未来发展消除瓶颈,而且增强其可持续发展的能力。

| Abstract: | The article analyses the characteristics of knowledge-based economy and the important function of sustainable development. The author pointed out the fact that it is necessary for knowledge-based economy to improve the development of economy,society and ecology as well as to realize the sustainable development of China.As a result,the bottleneck of economic development can be eliminated and the ability of the sustainable development can be enhanced. |
