| 摘 要： | 发端于西方国家的权变理论为经济社会的管理活动提供了理论依据和明确的向导,从该理论之重要组成部分——菲德勒＂有效权变理论＂研究出发,以权变思想作为逻辑依托,探究新世纪新阶段我国领导科学发展能力的提高,有借鉴意义。
