| Abstract: | Meme is a unit of culture information and transmission through copying.Memetics is to study memes from the perspective of biological evolution.The life cycle of a meme can be divided in to four stages,namely assimilation,retention,expression and transmission.In English practical writing,according to the different stages,much attention should be paid to the learning materials and the retention methods.Meanwhile,sample-copying and appreciation of compositions written by others are also helpful. |
