| Abstract: | For the differences of referential cohesive devices between Chinese and English,the translator should never confine himself at the sentence level but broaden his horizon to the text level at which an integrate view of the referential cohesive devices should be obtained and thus a target text conforming to the target language norms can be restructured. |
