| 摘 要： | 官僚制批判性研究的逻辑包括四个有机关联的组成部分,它以韦伯的"理想型"官僚制理论为对话平台,以对组织理性的检讨为逻辑起点,以对组织目标被个体利益虚化的观察为逻辑进程,以对官僚制伦理背叛和僭越民主价值的反思为逻辑归宿。从学科研究来看,官僚制反思和批判的演化是行政学学科成长和成熟的典型缩影;就行政实践而言,反思官僚制的深化和推进又是特定社会背景和文化风貌塑造的产物。
