| 摘 要： | 历史上的法哲学家和我国近年来从事法哲学研究的学者们,都从某一特定角度对法哲学的研究对象作出了各自的分析,但这些分析都没有能较全面地揭示出法哲学应有的研究对象.法哲学的研究对象应是人们的自由生活.要把法哲学与其它法学理论学科区分开来不能仅仅靠各自的研究对象,更重要的是各自不同的研究方法.

| Abstract: | Both the legal philosophers in history and the current researchers in this area study the principle from their own particular perspectives. Their studies don't clearly define the real target of legal philosophy research. In fact, this target should be the free life of humans. But distinguishing legal philosophy from other legal theories does not depend on the research target of each principle alone. Their different research techniques are of greater importance. |
