| 摘 要： | 员工的工作生活质量问题近年来受到了企业界和学界的关注。本文从知识员工工作生活质量的角度出发,在分析知识员工工作生活质量特征的基础上,从工作任务维度、组织环境维度和社会心理维度三个方面对我国企业知识员工的工作生活质量结构维度进行了探析。
