Chance Analysis on the Development of Vocational Education in Northeast Area in the Process of China''''s Social Transition

In this new century,the development of vocat i onal education in northeastern area is confronted with the chances that are caus ed by a series of changes brought by promoting the old northeast industrial base .The chances include the historical opportunity provided by the policy of promo ting northeast industrial base,by the reform of state-owned enterprises and th e social transition,by the reform of national employment policy and government's emphasis on talent restructuring,by conception transform of vocational educati on function,by variation of the macro-environment after China's entry to the WT O and by the demand of talent diversification in higher education.
