| 摘 要： | 明确了生产性服务业和新型城市化的定义和特征,接着分析了生产性服务业对新型城市化建设的作用机理;在分析国内生产性服务业的发展现状及其对当前新型城市化建设影响的基础上提出了加快国内生产性服务业发展的对策建议：健全法律法规、完善市场机制、加速产业升级、培养龙头企业以及加强人才队伍建设等.

| Abstract: | The study specifies the definitions and the characteristics of productive service industries and new urbanization, and then analyzes the effect of productive service industries on the new urbanization. Based on the analysis of the development situation of productive service industries and its effect on the new urbanization in China, some countermeasures have been proposed with the purpose to speed up the development of productive service industries in China, which include the perfection of the laws and regulations, the improvement of the market mechanism, the acceleration of industry upgrading and the construction of talent teams. |
