| Abstract: | Rural governance is related to the national stability and economic development, which has become the core problem of rural construction and planning. In recent years, with the complex rural affairs, various governance subjects and harmonious direction, it is necessary to abandon the traditional concept of imprisonment, combine the values of negotiations and the poll. Through the implementation of rural negotiation governance mechanism with equal participation, enriching its content, promoting the rural negotiation governance system, and fullfiling other works, we can realize the standardization, legislation and scientification of rural governance in China. |
