| 摘 要： | 阐述了高校新任辅导员专业化发展的必要性和重要性,分析了新任辅导员专业化发展的基本素质要求,指出要通过进行专业化培养、职业化发展、科学化推进和制度化保障等相关措施才能实现新任辅导员的专业化发展,建设高素质的辅导员队伍。

| Abstract: | This paper states the necessity and importance of new instructors＇ professional development in colleges and analyzes the basic quality requirements for their professional development.The paper also points out that in order to achieve the professional development of new instructors and develop an instructor team with high quality,certain measures need to be adopted,such as professional training,career development,scientific advancement and institutional guarantee,etc. |
