日伪河南省新民会述略

抗战期间,华北地区的侵华日军为达到长期霸占中国沦陷领土目的,除依靠各伪政权对"沦陷区"民众实行殖民统治外,还妄图从思想上进行欺骗和麻痹。因此,由日军幕后操纵的各种伪政治性组织遂应运而生。日伪新民会,即是其中仅次于伪政权的一个政治性组织,凡存在日伪政权的地区大都伴有同级伪新民会。不同时期,侵华日军因战局变化曾几次对伪新民会组织机构、人事制度等进行调整。通过对伪河南新民会的考察,我们不仅能勾勒出日军在华北地区势力消涨的轨迹,同时也可以揭示日本侵华策略演变的大致路径。
