| 摘 要： | 我国民间文学艺术作品大多发源于西部地区。在西部大开发过程中,民间文学艺术作品极易遭到滥用和破坏,这不仅侵害了创作群体的合法权益,而且危及了传统文化的生命力。有鉴于此,我国应制定民间文学艺术作品著作权保护法。

| Abstract: | Most of Chinese folk literature works and art come from western China. In the process of west great development, those folk literature works and arts are easily abused and distorted. This not only infringes upon the legal interests of authors, but brings heavy harm to traditional culture. Therefore, copyright law should be established to protect folk literature works and arts. |
