试论高校素质教育的目标管理

加强对大学生的素质教育 ,目前已成为教育工作者的共识。教育目标的实现 ,必须以一定的科学管理为保证 ,而科学有效的管理必须立足于调动每一个被管理者的积极性。因此 ,目标管理法应该成为我们对大学生进行素质教育的首选方法。具体应着重做好四个方面的工作 ,一是主体管理 ,这是素质教育目标管理的前提。二是内化管理 ,这是素质教育目标管理的关键。三是过程管理 ,这是素质教育目标管理的核心。四是自我管理 ,这是素质教育目标管理的归宿

Target Management of Quality Education in Higher Education

Nowadays all the teaching staff realize the importance of strengthening the quality education in college.In order to realize the educational objectives,we must use the scientific management on a basis of attracting all the undergraduates who,as a result, actively take part in learning activities.So in the process of implementing the education quality in college we must give priority to target management.The authors hold that target management of the quality education in college is composed of four main parts: subjective management as its precondition;internalized management as its key part;process management as its core,and self_management as its final purpose.
