| Abstract: | Based on the discussion of the problems in university laboratory management system in China.Some proposals were put forward.They are:reducing thee management ranks of laboratory,building a new property control system,set- ting up appointment system,establishing a rewarding and punishment measure,and specifying the inspection targets of lab personnel,establishing a mechanism ofbenefit first,introducing the monetary equivalent ticket system and estab- lishinginstruments redeemmeasures,and so on. |
