| 摘 要： | 回顾北京市循环经济过去的发展，结合《北京市“十一五”时期循环经济发展规划》纲要、《循环经济促进法》等多项国家及北京市法规文件，设计了北京市循环经济指标体系，用熵权法对指标权重进行了确定，最终得到了评价指数。评价结果表明，北京市的循环经济发展逐年提高，总体情况越来越好。但环境发展指数较低，社会发展也不够稳定，并对具体原因进行了简要分析。
