| 摘 要： | 总结近年来《鹖冠子》研究成果，提出以下看法：１． 《鹖》的作者不只鹖冠子一人。２．《鹖》是否提出元气论仍值探讨。３．《鹖》的篇卷愈来 愈多的原因。４．《鹖》 是否伪书值得探讨，其成书年代在战国秦汉之际。５．有关《鹖》的版本和注释研究简介。
