| 摘 要： | 指出目前我国高校法治理念教学中,存在忽视法律基础知识学习;侧重条文灌输,忽视法律意识培养;用义务本位代替权利本位;理论脱离实际等认识上和实践上的误区,通过对这些误区的研究和防范可以更好地培养学生的社会主义法治理念。

| Abstract: | At present,in the teaching of rule of law concept,there are some of misunderstandings in theory and practice as follows:Igoring fundamental knowledge of laws,overemphasing input of rules,ignoring the cultivation of awareness of laws;substitution of obligation for right-based;theories are divorced from practice.The reaearch into and prevention against such misuderstandings can better cultivate students'concept of socialist rule of law. |
