| Abstract: | This paper, based on demonstration analysis about the mode of organization and management in the Wens' group, tries to illustrate that the development mode of the wen's group, which is governed by the organizational from of shareholding and by the operational mechanism of "companies +raising households +sales promotion agents",is a new efficient cooperation form. |
