摘    要:城市可持续发展是个复合系统,其核心就是在保证城市经济效率和生活质量的前提下,使自然资源的消费和环境污染最小化,使社会、经济、环境与资源协调发展,物质、能量与信息得到高效利用,保持生态良性循环持续发展。根据这一理论,我们将城市可持续发展系统分成经济、社会、环境和支撑四个子系统,建立评价指标体系,运用熵值法对镇江市城市可持续发展水平进行实证评价研究。研究表明当前镇江正处于基本可持续发展阶段向强可持续发展阶段过渡的关键时期,应积极采取相关措施加快各子系统的快速协调发展,从而使城市发展取得质的飞越。

Abstract:Urban sustainable development is a complex system,whose core is to minimize the consumption of natural resources and environmental pollution while maintaining the economic efficiency and life standard.It aims at the coordinative development of society,economy,environment and resources,the efficient use of materials,energy and information,and the sustainable development of ecological environment.So we divide the urban sustainable development system into four sub-systems,namely economy,society,environment and support,establish the evaluation system,and use entropy analysis to study the urban sustainable development level of Zhenjiang.Our study shows that Zhenjiang is now facing the critical moment of changing from the basic sustainable development period to the strong sustainable development period and should take measures to accelerate the coordinative development of the subsystems to have a leap in Zhenjiang's urban development.
