| 摘 要： | 农民工是我国改革开放以来形成的一个特殊群体。农民工所受到的社会排斥以及由此而造成的社会权利的缺失已经成为迫切需要解决的问题。因此,消除社会排斥,保障农民工的社会权利,既是建设社会主义和谐社会的需要,也是维护社会公正的必然要求。

It has become an urgent problem to be solved that peasant workers suffer from the social exclusion and the shortage of social rights. Therefore, to eliminate the social exclusion and protect their social rights are not only the demand for constructing the harmonious society, but the request of safeguarding social justice. |
