略论我国宏观调控基本法的定位

宏观调控基本法的制定需根据国情进行科学、合理的定位。在地位上 ,它隶属经济法律部门中宏观调控法律支系 ,并在支系中居于中心和统率的地位 ;在内容上 ,应处理好宏观调控与市场秩序、现实需要与未来发展、理论指导与政府主导、宏观调控与计划体制、借鉴西方与符合国情、宏观调控权威与行政监督等关系。
