| Abstract: | The characteristics of humane quality education help the libraries in colleges and universities to play a greater role in their service functions for education. In order to understand te new functional challeges, some old concepts should be changed, awareness should be enhanced, and education laws must be followed so that the three in one educational functions can becarried out closely, namely, knowledge, morality and emotion. |
