| 摘 要： | 子牙河是清代北直隶地区海河水系的重要河流之一,与永定河、大清河、南北运河构成了京畿地区河流的主干,对流经区域的生态与社会产生了重要影响。为了保障京师安稳与漕路通畅,清廷对子牙河的管理与治理非常重视,不但设置了相关的河务机构,而且在200多年间修建了诸多的水利工程,有效地遏制了区域间的洪涝灾害。

| Abstract: | Ziya River is one important fiver of the Huaihe River System in Pecheli in Qing Dynasty. It constitutes the main chan- nel of the capital area with the North and South canal, the Yongding River and the Qing River, which has an important effect on the re- gional society and ecology. In order to guarantee the safety of the capital and the liquidity of the water transport, the Qing government attached importance to the management and renovation of Ziya River. They did not only set up relevant fiver management organizations, but also built a series of hydraulic facilities which curbed the regional flood disaster. |
