从春秋战国时期的水利工程及其命名谈南水北调工程的命名

摘    要:春秋战国时期是中华文明的形成时代,是中国水利工程开始大规模兴修的时代。这个时期水利工程的技术水平达到当时世界的领先水平,而且其工程命名都充满着中国文化的元素。这些水利工程对春秋战国时期的政治、经济、文化都产生了深刻的影响。南水北调工程是继春秋战国我国第一批水利工程之后两千多年来修建的一项大型水利工程,其工程意义和命名对今天的社会发展将产生深远的影响。朱海风教授在《华北水利水电大学学报》2014年第一期发表的《关于南水北调工程命名的思考与建议》一文中将南水北调东中西线分别称为"和谐渠、梦成渠和天福渠"的一组命名,用"水到渠成,梦想成真"之意蕴,最具时代特色。

Abstract:Spring and Autumn Warring States Period was a time to form Chinese civilization, which was also a time that built large scale water conservancy projects. The water conservancy projects" skill at that time had already reached the world leading level, and all of them contained Chinese culture elements. These projects had great influence on the politics, economics and culture. The South-to- North Water Diversion is another large water conservancy project after Spring and Autumn Warring States Period. It has profound effect on nowadays society. Professor Zhu Hai-feng published thinking and advising the South-to-North Water Diversion name on the 2014 first phase of Journal of North China Institute of Water Conservancy and Hydroelectric Power. In this paper, he gave the names of He Xie Qu, Meng Cheng Qu and Tian Fu Qu.
