| 摘 要： | 我国刑法在金融犯罪的刑罚体系中设置了除管制以外的所有刑种,与金融犯罪的特点及其所侵害的社会关系相适应,应废除死刑在金融犯罪中的适用,进一步完善罚金刑并扩充资格刑的适用范围和适用对象。

| Abstract: | The punishment system of the financial crimes includes all kinds of punishment in addition to the Public Surveillance. According to the characteristics of the financial crimes and the social relations violated by the crimes, we sould abolish the application of death penalty, improve the fine punishment and expand the applicable scope of the qualification penalty. |
