| 摘 要： | 河南省产业发展无论是规模还是结构都存在一些突出问题,特别是资源、投资依赖程度较高,初级加工比重偏大,整体竞争力不强。但构建河南省现代产业体系也面临着世界范围内的产业结构调整和国际国内产业转移方兴未艾等重大机遇。我省可以从优势带动、高端带动、开放带动、龙头带动、技术带动、产城互动等六种途径来建构现代产业体系。

| Abstract: | There are some prominent problems in the scale and structure of industry development in Henan province, especially the high dependence on resources and investment, the large proportion in primary processing and the less strong overall competitive- ness. At the same time, there are some major opportunities in building modern industrial system in Henan province, such as the indus- trial structure adjustment around the world and the industrial relocation between the international and domestic. We have six ways to construct the modem industrial system in our province ： advantage to drive, high-end driving, open to drive, leading to drive, technolo- gy to drive and industrial and urban interaction. |
