| 摘 要： | 以国家科技部发布的《全国科技进步统计监测报告》中的监测指标为基础,将河南省2011年科技进步水平与中部其他省份进行比较发现,要提高河南省科技进步水平,必须贯彻"科教兴豫"战略,优化科技进步环境;落实《科学技术进步法》,加大科技财力投入力度;提高科技活动产出水平,加强技术成果市场化;提升高新技术产业化效益,提高高新技术产业化水平;依靠科技进步,推动经济社会发展。

| Abstract: | According to the monitoring indexes of National Scientific and Technological Progress Monitoring Report released by Ministry of Science and Technology and the progress level of Henan Province in 2011, we find that we must carry out the strategy of de- veloping Henan by science and education, optimize the scientific and technological progress environment, implement the Science and Technology Progress Law, increase investment in science and technology, improve the level of scientific and technological output, strengthening the marketization of technological achievements, promote new and high technology industrialization, raise the level of in- dustrialization of high and new technology, and promote economic and social development relying on scientific and technological pro- gress. |
