摘    要:心理契约是当代管理学与管理哲学所关注的一个重大主题,本质上是一种情感契约,是指组织与个体彼此间对于对方所抱有的一系列微妙、含蓄的心理期望,而这种心理期望则随着环境的流变处于不断的波动状态中。借助于赖尔的理智和智力、素质和事件以及情绪这五个逻辑范畴对其进行解释和分析,可为心理契约的研究提供一种独特的视角,在哲学域面上解读组织与个体的互动关系。

Abstract:Psychological contract is a significant issue that has aroused great concern in science of modern management and management phylosophy.Its essence is a contract of emotion,refering to a series of implicit and subtle psychological expectations between organizations and individuals,which in not static,but dynamic and changing in the shifting social contexts.The analysis and exposition about it by means of Gilbert Ryle's five logic categories inculding sensibility intelligence,dspositions,occurrencs and emotions will proide a unique vision for the study and expositions of interactive relation between organization and individuals in phylosophy.
