摘    要:教师的教育价值观在很大程度上影响着教师的教育、教学行为,进而影响学生的学习与发展。教师的教育价值观对于提高教师素质,促进教师专业发展,优化师资队伍建设以及提高学校管理质量都有重大的影响。文章通过对黑龙江省贫困地区6所初中教师的教育价值观现状进行问卷调查与统计分析,指出教师教育价值观存在的问题,并提出了转变教师教育价值观、以适应新课程改革的相关建议。

Abstract:Educational values of teachers influence the teachers’training,teaching behavior,thereby affecting the student’s learning and development to a large extent.They play an important role in improving teachers’ quality,promoting the professional development of teachers,optimizing the improvement of teaching staff and improving the quality of school management.In this paper,the authors apply questionnaire method and statistical analysis method to analyze the current status of educational values of the teachers in six middle schools in the poverty areas of Heilongjiang Province.They argue that there are some problems in educational values of teachers and analyze the causes.Therefore,they try to change the educational values of teachers to adapt to new curriculum reform.
