试论高校落实党风廉政建设责任制的制度保障

党风廉政建设责任制是我党预防腐败,推进党风廉政建设的一项重要措施。高等院校作为为国家建设培养人才的重要场所,党风廉政建设责任制落实的效果如何,将直接关系到国家未来的发展,关系到未来人才的素质,必须作为一项重要工作认真对待。高校尤其要注重党风廉政建设责任制配套制度的建设,并将其作为落实党风廉政建设责任制的基础性工作。
